Internal Sales Advisor - Chesterfield - £23,000 - £25,000


Chase & Holland are excited to be working with one of the UK's leading suppliers of energy solutions with a focus on relationships and service.

They are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Advisor due to contuned growth of the business on a permanent basis.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous experience of working within a customer facing role who ideally enjoys sales.

Internal Sales Advisor Responsibilities:


  • Effectively manage price and offers to ensure the business stay within predetermined targets
  • Ensuring sales targets are met to ensure the business is in line with growth plan
  • Moving forward in the automation of all processes in line with the business strategy to improve customer experience
  • Managing communication with customers to ensure we follow up potential leads and have the best lead to sale conversion possible
  • Providing excellent customer experience and stay in line with processes
  • Responding quickly to leads that come into the business to ensure good customer engagement
  • Demonstrating an excellent selling technique to talk a customer through the benefits of entering into a supply agreement both on price and service

Hours:


  • Monday
  • Friday 8.45am 5.00pm

Required Skills & Experience:


  • Experience in a similar role with sales experience
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately in a busy and demanding environment
  • Good IT skills e.g., Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook)
