Eden Brown Synergy is currently looking for an experienced Continuing Healthcare Delivery Lead for our Client based in London.
This role is full time remote based for 6 months initially, to start ASAP and paying a rate of £43k to £45k Umbrella inside IR35.
Job Purpose:
- As Delivery Lead you will take direct managerial lead for delivering specified work package(s) for NHS Continuing Healthcare, and associated projects. The post holder will lead and manage a diverse team of staff including social care, and nursing staff.
- The post holder will oversee the quality assurance in line with the national framework and client service specifications, including Reviews, and Decision Support Tools.
- The post holder will provide leadership for quality assurance service delivery and improvement.
Education/Knowledge and Qualifications:
- Specialist knowledge across a wide range of health and/or social care work procedures and practices related to CHC, FNC
- Provision of specialist clinical and nonclinical advice as necessary. Nonclinical advice includes information on national and local policies and strategies.
- Experience in managing staff and Human Resources issues such as appraisals, CPD, resolving conflict, absence / sickness managing and identifying training needs of staff
- Registered Nurse, Allied Health professional or Social Work qualification
- Degree level qualification or equivalent knowledge training and experience
