Eden Brown Synergy is currently looking for an experienced Continuing Healthcare Delivery Lead for our Client based in London.

This role is full time remote based for 6 months initially, to start ASAP and paying a rate of £43k to £45k Umbrella inside IR35.

Job Purpose:

As Delivery Lead you will take direct managerial lead for delivering specified work package(s) for NHS Continuing Healthcare, and associated projects. The post holder will lead and manage a diverse team of staff including social care, and nursing staff.
The post holder will oversee the quality assurance in line with the national framework and client service specifications, including Reviews, and Decision Support Tools.
The post holder will provide leadership for quality assurance service delivery and improvement.

Education/Knowledge and Qualifications:

Specialist knowledge across a wide range of health and/or social care work procedures and practices related to CHC, FNC
Provision of specialist clinical and nonclinical advice as necessary. Nonclinical advice includes information on national and local policies and strategies.
Experience in managing staff and Human Resources issues such as appraisals, CPD, resolving conflict, absence / sickness managing and identifying training needs of staff
Registered Nurse, Allied Health professional or Social Work qualification
Degree level qualification or equivalent knowledge training and experience
