£20,000 DOE | FULL TIME | EXETER OFFICE BASED


My client is a leading Exeter estate agent and a professional team of local, friendly experts who are passionate about property.

They have an outstanding reputation across Exeter and the surrounding areas earned through their knowledge of the property market,the local area and most importantly by listening to their customer's individual needs.


This role would suit someone who has been working within the customer service, Administration or property industry and is looking for a new challenge within a rapidly expanding sector of the property industry.

Working Hours

  • Monday

  • Friday
9 am pm


Property Administrator Responsibilities include:
-


  • To provide all support necessary to a senior property consultant.
  • Provide an efficient customerfocused used service.
  • Booking appointments.
  • Printing reports, organising and scheduling meetings, and supporting the team generally
    .

Property Administrator Requirements include:
-


  • Previous experience in admin/customer service role.
  • General IT Microsoft Office.
  • Accurate spelling/maths.
  • Willing to learn.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and cope well under pressure whilst working as part of a team.
