A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Area Sales Manager to join a well established wholesaler within the hair and beauty industry.


About the company:


A exclusive stockist and distributor, providing a broad range of hair and beauty products for the hairdressing, barbering and beauty industries, including exclusive.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets by expertly managing a pipeline & sourcing new business.
  • Attending meetings to deliver compelling sales pitches.
  • Managing your territory to ensure a sales pipeline of new and existing business.
  • Managing inbound enquiries (referrals, leads from partners) as well as pro actively sourcing new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling and referral requests.
  • Building relationships within the hair and beauty industry.
  • Managing your pipeline within the CRM systems.
  • Understanding and qualifying saloons needs to deliver.

Experience & Skills needed:


  • A passion for the hair or beauty industry.
  • Ideally experience within B2B sales.
  • Ability to work from autonomy.
  • Confidence and persistence to exceed targets and goals.
  • Excellent communication skills.
