Database Manager, an excellent opportunity to join a Social Welfare Charity, based in Central London. Offering Hybrid Working and a travel allowance to attend the office

As the Database Manager, managing a Database Assistant, and in partnership with a colleague, you will jointly manage the fundraising database - Raiser's Edge (RE) NXT, focused on data absorption from various fundraising platforms and providing accurate dataselections for effective marketing.

Overall CRM database management, standardising processes and supporting database enhancement projects
Manage data absorption from various fundraising platforms, providing accurate data selections for marketing.
Manage implementation of data segmentation and internal business rules
Manage the provision of complex data selections, analysis and reports
Provide support to all database users and adopt and deliver user training
Support finance team with reconciliation process
Manage end to end integration with MailChimp

As the Database Manager you will have previous experience working with The Raiser's Edge and ideally NXT database. Experience of CRM database segmentation.

Able to exploit data into information and knowledge and understand how that knowledge supports andenables key business processes and decisions.

Sound understanding of current Data Protection regulations (GDPR & PECR).
