Description
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their testing projects, maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
- Efficiently manage the booking of work into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
- Handle incoming telephone calls, addressing customer queries, and directing calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Generate and process invoices for testing services, maintaining precision in billing and documentation.
- Coordinate purchasing activities, including the acquisition of necessary materials and supplies for laboratory operations.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in utilizing LIMS systems and other relevant software for data entry and customer management.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced laboratory environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a laboratory or technical setting
- 05:00 pm with 45 minutes break.
