Summary of a Sales Administrator


The Sales Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance of our Travel Agents & Sales Managers' Databases, including but not limited to changing, setting up, and updating over 5,000 travel agencies, maintain all Consortia account travel agencies, and review and audit all commissions for UK, Australia & NZ, EMEA and LACAR markets.


Key Responsibilities of a Sales Administrator

  • Administering maintenance changes to the 5,000+ Travel Agencies (TA) databases, including setting up new TA's, affiliation changes, TA contact information, commission levels, Sales Managers/TA's assignments, mergers, dissolutions, etc.
  • Develop and maintain a database of Consortia & commercial Affiliations and relevant industry bodies such as ABTA, IATA across markets. Ensuring a strong understanding of travel set up in Azamara's key markets
  • Maintain National Account hierarchy/relationship levels for Common Ownerships, HQ/Branch Roll ups, Alt Hierarchies, linking, etc.
  • Administer the transfer of bookings from Cruise Vacation Planner to TA's assuring all control requirements/credentials comply with our policies
  • Participates in the testing of new system enhancements/functionality.
  • Acts as Liaison with the Commercial & legal teams on TPrelated fraud & insolvency cases
  • Flexible in being able to work across different markets & time zones, interacting with different internal/external stakeholders.
  • Support the setup for new vendors & invoice processing.
  • Support coop tracking of invoices/backup and activities outside of UK.
