Chappell Enterprises are recruiting for
Site Foreman to join our client on projects based around the country.

The role:

Responsibilities:

To lead the team on site and have full knowledge of what is required of the job
To be the main contact for any queries from colleagues, other site operatives and clients
Able to operate all necessary machinery and equipment
Able to set an example of good working practices on site
Responsible for the team and completing the job required to an exceptional standard
To adhere to Health and Safety regulations and comply with safety equipment and clothing at all times
To represent the company in a professional manner at all times
To maintain a high level of professionalism and customer care
Managing delivery of materials to site and communicating all delivery tickets to the office to cross reference
Use of Laser equipment

Must haves:

To have a cando attitude and approach
Reliable and proactive
Team player
CSCS card (site operatives)
Full, clean driving license
Foreman experience
All relevant training and knowledge
Ability to set an example to others
Able to work flexible hours including weekends as and when required
Humility
Strong work ethic
Problem solving skills
Good communication skills

Desired

5 years' experience in sports construction/renovation
Over 5 years' experience with landscaping
SSST Card (site supervisor)

Salary:

£33,000 - £38.000 per annum based on experience

Monday to Friday - Some Saturdays required if deadline demands

Must be willing to work overtime when necessary
