Payroll Administrator - Leeds, United Kingdom - McKinnon Talent
Description
A large service provider based in Leeds require an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team.This role has the option for the following work patterns:
- Full-time (35 hours,
- 5)
- Parttime (either hours above 24 per week or around school hours)
- Term time (Fulltime outside of school term and not working during school holidays)
Responsibilities
- Splitting the client portfolio (amount dependent on hours of work)
- Processing employees on each payroll
- Setting up new starters, processing leavers
- Making salary adjustments and calculation of commission/bonuses
- Manual calculation of statutory payments and deductions
- FPS and EPS submissions
- Autoenrolment and providing pensions advice
- Submission of BACs reports
- Managing queries relating to pay
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' payroll experience, processing from start to finish
- Experience within a bureau/processing on behalf of client's is preferred, but not essential
- Excellent knowledge of payroll legislation
- Ability to manually calculate payslips
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Good systems skills

£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
