Customer Service Tutor Role Overview


Trigon Recruitment are exclusively recruiting for a Customer Service Tutor with a well established and expanding independent Training Provider in the West Bromwich area.

The provider (Grade 2 Ofsted) delivers multiple contracts including Apprenticeships, Study Programmes and Traineeships. across a range of vocational areas. This is a full time permanent role which offers a competitive salary for the right applicant. The role will be focused around delivering the
CUSTOMER SERVICE BTEC LEVEL 2 QUALIFICATION to Study Programme learners.


Duties of Vocational Skills Tutor

  • Keep on top of current trends and advise staff and management accordingly
  • Support learners undertaking Study Programme to achieve their level 2 BTEC Customer Service Level 2 qualification through coaching and development
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive workshops
  • Be able to motivate and inspire young people aged
  • Be able to assess and mark learners work to ensure it meets the required standards
  • Be able to evidence high levels of feedback and differentiated learning
  • All associated administration duties
  • Develop resources if/when required

Skills and Attributes required

  • Must hold relevant qualification i.e.

PTTLS

  • Have experience delivering BTEC Level 2 Customer Service qualification
  • Be able to evidence occupational competence in either Customer Service
  • Competence in developing learners through formal training, coaching and mentoring
  • Good communication skills
  • Organised
  • Able to manage of a caseload of learners to ensure they achieve
  • Strong inter personal Skills especially with 1618 year olds.
  • Have the ability to deliver interesting and inspiring lessons to learners
  • Have a genuine passion for teaching
  • Be able to control the classroom
  • EXPERIENCE DELIVERING THE BTEC LEVEL 2 CUSTOMER SERVICE QUALIFICTION WOULD BE A DISTINCT ADVANTAGE

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £28,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
