Look no further Our client is a leading company in Manchester, and is currently seeking a Team Leader for their sales department who can bring exceptional skills and experience from the military to excel in a leadership role.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing industry connections.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the unique value proposition of our clients offerings.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities, ensuring accurate and uptodate information.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout sales, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications:


  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a targetdriven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, coupled with exceptional closing skills.
  • Selfmotivated, resultsoriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.

£350.00-£450.00 per week
