We are looking for a passionate and inspiring Teaching Assistant - Grade C to join our supportive and talented team at Bristol Brunel Academy.


An understanding and experience of working with students with SEMH is desired for this role, or a willingness to develop your experience in this area.


This permanent position is part time, 22.5 hours per week, term time only. Actual starting salary for part time, term time only hours is £12,579.


Bristol Brunel Academy is an oversubscribed, forward-thinking Academy based in Speedwell, Bristol, rated "Good" by Ofsted in 2013 and confirmed "Good" again in 2017.

What we are looking for:


The role requires an ambitious, resilient personality with good communication skills, who will work effectively within the Learning Support Team and with teachers and parents/carers.

It will involve working with mainstream students with SEMH needs, supporting in lessons and with interventions to groups or on an individual basis to improve attainment and progress.
