Leaders Romans Group are looking for a new Skyline Concierge to join us on a permanent basis based in Skyline 2, Manchester.

In this Skyline Concierge role, day to day you can expect to:


  • Day to day responsibility for the running of the development
:

Controlling access to the building and its facilities including greeting and signing in visitors

:

Maintain concierge logbook including anyone who enters rented properties

:

Liaise with leisure facilities to ensure smooth running operation i.e general maintenance and service

:

Oversee parking in the development and liaising with enforcement where needed

:

Work with the caretaker to ensure the Property Manager is updated on pending or completed works and maintaining a record of routine maintenance

To assist with tenant viewings if, and when instructed by Lettings Agent

:

Management of replacement key fobs/keys and keep records of any keys on release/return

:

Organise contractor visits by liaising with Head Office for minor repairs

:

Overseeing the overall health and safety and presentation of the building and its lobbies

:

Arrange tests of fire alarms, fire doors, emergency lighting and any other safety systems, reflected by adequate records

:

Monitor CCTV and arrange image downloads as needed

:

-
Parcel receipt and delivery for residents and return unwanted mail to Royal Mail

:

-
Organise inductions for new residents i.e bin stores, mail boxes, car park

:

-
Assist residents with general queries or queries about their property/development, maintaining a high level of customer service

:

Ensure stock control and adequate equipment available by keeping inventory records.
