Description
The postholder will lead and manage the vendor assurance program and raw material coordination within QC. They will support Data Review and raw material release.

This is a Monday to Friday dayshift role


Key duties include:

  • Support Quality Control reporting of raw materials and where applicable microbiological testing data
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all vendor assurance activities in a GMP Facility.
  • Provide technical support in pharmacopoeia guidance where appropriate.
  • Ensure appropriately trained and competent in the procedures and in compliance with best cGMP working practices at all times.
  • Support Team Leaders and Site Microbiologist in managing ontime vendor assurance reporting according to the defined standards including review and verification of raw material.
  • Immediately escalate and report any deviations to materials, facilities, processes or procedures to the QC Manager
  • Issue, manage and closeout deviations, change controls, OOS or SST investigations and CAPA ́s in a timely fashion
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and escalate those to the QC Manager.
  • Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of an enthusiastic, supportive and collaborative environment within the teamsetting.
  • Previous experience in a QC Laboratory working to GMP in a recognised quality system
  • Able to organise and schedule work within a busy team
  • Experience of writing protocols, technical documents and working to SOPs
  • Experience working to GMP

Salary:
£24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
