Admin Assistant required

My client is a finance company based in rural Ayrshire, in the Tarbolton area.


They are looking for an Admin Assistant initially to cover for maternity leave, however could lead to a full time permanent position for the right person.


Duties include:

  • Answering all incoming calls
  • Dealing with multiple finance companies
  • All paperwork associated with finance agreements.
  • Data input
  • First point of contact for all customers

Applicants must have:

  • Previous admin experience, preferably from within the financial industry.
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Must be proficient in word and excel.
  • Have their own transport.
Hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday

Salary is £26500 per annum plus bonus

All applicants must have access to their own transport as location is a rural location with no public transport.
