An opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and hard working person to join the Paediatric administration team across 3 hospital sites at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join this department, this post is Full-time position, offering an opportunity of cross covering across both sites.

You will be providing effective and efficient clerical and reception support to the Paediatric outpatient department - ensuring that administration processes meet the needs of all service users.

Experience of working in hospitals, is desirable, as is an interest in working with a multidisciplinary teams to ensure services run smoothly.

Effective delivery of clerical and reception duties for the outpatient department.

Work closely with administration teams to develop a cohesive and inclusive environment

Input and maintenance of accurate patient information on Trust information systems.

Provision of excellent customer service to members of the public and staff who visit or contact the clinic.

Contribution to positive patient experiences.
