We are looking for an Administrator to join a small but busy operations team.

This is a varied role and will give you the opportunity to gain exposure into various parts of the business.

You will be a strong team player and willing to help and cover other areas of the business including Marketing & Communications and Finance.

The role is offered with Hybrid working and will only require Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office (potentially negotiable to drop that to 1 day in the office.


Key responsibilities of the Administrator:


  • You will be managing relationships with clients
  • Process onboarding documentation
  • Maintain uptodate data, and input to internal and external reporting.
  • Provide cover for other parts of the business, including Finance, Marketing & Communications.

Skills Required:


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of literacy and numeracy
  • Familiarity with Sharepoint an advantage
  • Flexibility and resilience to manage and prioritise a complex workload with high levels of internal and external relationships
  • Ability to learn and support multiple parts of the business, e.g. accounts payable
  • Good analytical and problemsolving skills Behaviours and attitude
  • A collaborative team player
  • Commitment to building and maintaining constructive, trusted relationships across the business
  • A 'can do' attitude to supporting business needs outside Operations

Salary:
£27,000.00 per year
