Salary/Benefits:
£24,000 - £32,000 (FTE)

Hours of Work:
Full time, 8am - 4pm (and evenings for other school activities from time to time)

Qualifications:
Level 3 teaching assistant or equivalent

Experience:

Preferred but not essential:
Teaching credential/qualification;
Experience with inquiry-led and concept-based classroom teaching.

Other requirements:
The right to work in the UK.
Employment is dependent on a successful PVG check.

Duties &

Responsibilities:
Position is for January - June 2024.

At ISA, we prioritise relationships and care, in an inclusive setting.

Flexibility in teaching assignments will be expected, but the main support duties will be working with the students in the Grade 2 classrooms (equivalent to Primary 3).

The classroom assistant will also participate in professional development.

They will establish and maintain positive relationships with other members of the school staff, showing strong collaborative skills, and communicate effectively with parents.

They will attend relevant meetings and support the building of a strong sense of community at the school. Participation in curriculum review activities and professional development days is expected of all faculty.

Salary:
£24,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
