Description

Acorn By Synergy is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our client's busy HR department based in Plymouth.

Salary up to £36,357 DOE

As a HR Generalist, you will be CIPD qualified and have experience working with in a similar HR role.


As the main point of contact for all HR enquires, you will be extremely, well-organised and proactive, ensuring tasks are complete and kept to time frames.


You will have high attention to detail, maintaining the HR inbox and supporting with all administration duties relating to onboarding new starters, from sending out offer letters to disciplinaries.

You will be well versed in the employee life cycle.


You will be a confident and precise communicator both written and verbal, providing crucial data, reports and information to stakeholders or dealing with the preparation of paperwork and letters.


You will be a team player, supporting both the HR team and Managers with all things HR related, ensuring legal and best practices are adhered and followed.

Other requirements

  • CIPD level 5 preferred or working towards.
  • Knowledge of Employment Law and GDPR.
  • Previous HR experience within a similar environment
  • Experience with SAP
