We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist on a temporary basis. The role is to start ASAP and will be ongoing through May, June and July 2023 possibly longer.
Working Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm and the hourly rate is £11.15p/h.
Receptionist duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Going the extra mile to ensure all visitors are well looked after
- Providing refreshments for visitors
- Answering telephones
- Directing Calls
- Looking after the reception area to ensure that it is kept clean and tidy and at all times
The ideal Receptionist will have:
- Ideally previous experience of working in the same or similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Friendly and professional
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptionally well presented
- A 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude
Job Type:
Temporary contract
Contract length: 2 months
Salary:
£11.15 per hour
