Job description:

Do you have experinece in defects? Do you have experience in property? Want the chance to work for a developer?

Our client is looking for an Aftercare Coordinator to be part of their growing customer services team.

You will be progressing New Homes defects, supporting the customer throughout their warranty period, and remain their main point of contact.


The Details:

  • Up to £34k


  • Monday

  • Friday, 8:30am5pm
  • Annual bonus

The Role:

  • You will be diagnosing and progressing defects
  • Liaising with contractors and subcontractors
  • Booking and coordinating jobs for engineers
  • Ensuring works are fully completed within suitable time frames
  • Ensure a full and comprehensive understanding of the customer journey
  • Uphold a friendly & professional telephone manner
  • Ability use CRM systems
  • Driving license is essential

  • You will be exceptionally friendly and approachable
