Are you currently a Platform Administrator or Application Support Analyst with good IT Skills? Do you have a good knowledge of the financial industry and related regulations? Would you like to work for an exciting FinTech business, recognised as one of thebest in their industry, who have recently been taken over and are growing rapidly? As a platform support analyst, you will be involved with supporting this company's chunky main SaaS product

This will involve:

Working closely with internal and external development teams to provide feedback on analysis and testing as part of a continuous improvement cycle
Production & release, including batch processing and maintenance
Managing thirdparty suppliers including platform technology against servicelevel agreements
Data configuration & analytics
Interacting with administrators, software providers and collaborating with colleagues across the business to achieve quick and reliable resolutions

To be successful in this role, you should have a mixture of:

Experience in using Excel OR SQL to a highly proficient standard
ITIL experience/certifications and knowledge of ticketing systems this company uses JIRA
Experience working within the financial services industry or related investment product knowledge, along with experience managing client relationships
Incident/Problem Management
