We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and order status
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering highquality service in a professional and friendly manner

Experience:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

Salary:
From £24,944.44 per year
