You will need p revious experience within a similar role handling a full and varied case load. A knowledge or experience of Personal Injury Clams; preferably Defendant and/or previous experience working within the insurance sector.
You will need to bring an enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude with a desire to achieve and exceed targets combined with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
We would like to see a s trong work ethic and a committed team player.
We are a close knit and stable team that like to share ideas and experience with a view to achieving the best results that we can for our Clients.
Be confident and assertive and willing to engage in public speaking.What will you be doing?
You will be asked to competently deal with a case load of predominantly hourly rate, litigated, non DA complex Fraud files within our case management system, to include: running your own case load of complex motor fraud matters, to ensure that clients are confident that their legal affairs are dealt with in a professional and competent manner, and ensuring the efficient operation of the team.
To retain up to date knowledge at all times through internal and external courses/seminars and feed back to Clients and other peers
