Accounts & Billing Assistant - Feltham, United Kingdom - ASC Handling
Description
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
Responsible for the timely and accurate process of billing to ensure all clients are on correct contractual rate agreements.
Collect all information needed to calculate customer invoices.
Check the data input in the operational and billing system to ensure accuracy of final bill.
Issue final invoices and send them to customers through various channels.
liaise with internal and external parties and clients relating to billing enquiries with the resolution of issues to be fulfilled within set time frames.
Tracking logs and maintaining records. Ad-hoc tasks
Reporting to Finance Manager
Experience in
ground handling operations is an advantage (if not a must).
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Excellent numerical and organizational skills
Excellent writing and communication skills
A demanding role, would suit someone who is punctual, enjoys being busy and challenged and who has a keen eye for detail.
Salary:
From £28,000.00 per year

Experience:
Accounts Receivable: 1 year (preferred)
