We are now seeking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join our existing team based in Milton Keynes on a part-time and permanent basis.

About the Role


The Sales Administrator plays a pivotal role within our Internal Sales team as you will be responsible for the management and allocation of all sales leads within the department.

You will collaborate with internal colleagues, ensuring the correct leads are allocated to the appropriate people within a timely and efficient manner.

In addition, you will ensure data accuracy with supporting documentation and systems.

This is primarily an administrative role but there may be the occasional requirement to liaise with colleagues and clients over the telephone.

To be successful in the role, you should possess the following:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the accuracy data.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong customer focus and work ethic.
  • Confident communicator both written and verbal.
  • High level of computer skills, in particular: Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Salesforce experience would be an advantage.
Useful Information to Know


This role offers flexibility with working hours as we are happy to consider applicants who can accommodate 27.5 hours per week Monday - Friday between our core business hours of 8:30am - 17:30.

In addition, this is a hybrid role with the expectation of working from our office at least three days per week and two days from home.

As this is a permanent position, we are unable to consider term-time only applicants.
