Our client is a well-known e-commerce retailer who offer their customers an excellent range in home furnishings.

They are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their Manchester office on a 12 week basis with the opportunity of being made permanent.


Description

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

  • Effective after sales support
  • Management of your own daily work to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Building on your expertise and the best practice

Profile

To be successful in this role:

  • Have a background within customer service, particularly in a Contact Centre environment
  • Selfmotivated and enthusiastic
  • Excellent communications, both verbal and written
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work well within in a team as well as independently
  • Good time management
