In this exciting role as a Senior Planner across our Clothing Division you will support the Inbound management of Clothing product into our UK Depots, as well as play a key role in managing volume/space plans communicated to Depots and support the execution of all linked operational activities.

You will plan effectively by prioritising stock & actions to best meet our customers' needs whilst simultaneously managing and communicating effectively to multiple stakeholders.

Alongside this, you will work as part of a team helping to build a high performing culture where quality matters and delivery happens at pace.

What you need to do:

Create Inbound plans according to warehouse capacities, commercial demands, and operational constraints.
Continuously optimize and prioritize inbound flow according to business needs getting the right product to the right place at the right time.
Forecast rolling 12week inbound volumes, driving forecast accuracy to achieve budget targets.
Be a key link between Depot & SSC colleagues.
Lead the way in managing Depot operational challenges into SSC colleagues, communicating concerns, and coordinating resolutions.

- 'Make it better' by continuously identifying and delivering improvement projects to improve ways of working both within the team and cross functionally across multiple stakeholders.

Face into senior stakeholders to manage and contextualize messages.
Close management of stock required for events.
Store order cycle management
Support the business with fast responses to queries and providing resolutions to any problem.
Influence Trading Teams to create and maintain best practice and drive data integrity excellence.
Maintain and provide accurate reports and ensure that all relevant data is recorded in a timely manner
Line management responsibilities

What you Need to Know & Show:

Knowledge of Logistic/Supply chain Operations, in particular our non-food operation
Strong communication & Influencing skills to effectively update stakeholders such as logistics & commercial.
Decision making through clear rationale.
Confident in communicating and internally and externally.
Ability to analyse, summarise and present complex information.
Strong Microsoft skills, mainly Excel and have strong attention to detail.
Demonstrate experience in problem solving and have a commonsense approach.
Have a flexible and adaptable approach to be able to cope with changing demands in work activity.
Selfmotivated and drives development, both professionally and personally.
