Description

The post holder will be responsible for working alongside the TLHC co-ordinator and NOLCP navigator in making an active contribution to the management and co-ordination of the work of these services and support with data entry of patients referred on the pathway.

This will include
- ensuring the delivery of a high quality service to the clinical teams
- enabling the delivery of all access standards
- compliance with administrative process, policy and guidelines.
