If you are an experienced Consultant / Project Manager / Business Analyst with a proven pedigree of working with Securities Operations and Technology Change we'd like to discuss a new contract role we have registered.


Please note this role has been deemed outside IR35 and will require onsite attendance 2 days per week in London.


  • Working on Securities projects to enhance clients' securities processes, systems and controls
  • Advising clients on how to tackle common challenges within securities regulatory requirements
  • Assisting clients with the securities lifecycle from trade execution to settlement
  • Must have proven project management or business analysis experience within the securities space.
  • Previous knowledge of investment banking, market infrastructure, asset management etc
Proven experience of at least two of the following:

  • Project Management
  • Regulatory change
  • Change Management
  • Trade & transaction reporting
  • Process reengineering
  • Data & analytics
  • Controls
  • Business Analysis
You will require excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder engagement and be competent with the MS suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc)
