Are you excited to join one of our prestigious clients with a diverse and multi-geography team of 15 spread across the UK and India? We are looking for an experienced IT individual having the capability of shaping and developing the way data and technologyare used to capture and report risks across the business.

Our client, a global leading consultancy service provides help to build trust and confidence in the capital markets and in economies around the globe.

The client's purpose is to build a better working world with people, clients and communities.

About the role:

You will have the opportunity to play a key role in the ongoing development and implementation of the risk framework, while in parallel reporting to the firm's risk governance committee monthly.

Key responsibilities and tasks:

Leading data and system architecture design and implementation

Developing relational data models and analytical techniques.
Providing a Risk Exposure Report, the UK firm's key enterprise risk reporting tool.
Designing and implementing Key Risk Indicators from business data.
Leading the development and production of reporting in Power BI that supports both senior levels of leadership and governance forums including the board and internal RM operations
Managing the continuous improvement of system functionality and reliability using Dev and Prod environments.

Managing a team

Playing a key role as a member of the Risk management ERM leadership team
Managing a remote small dynamic team of technical experts based in India
Working in different time zones.
Meeting deadlines and managing expectations on behalf of the team.
Experiencing working with Agile methodology.

Stakeholder Relationship Management

Working with stakeholders and senior internal clients to align systems and data to business needs.
Building and maintaining relationships with regional and global functional data owners.
Trusting technical advisors on data requirements, capabilities, and limitations.
Communicating technical systems and data concepts to nontechnical specialists.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data and technical lead.
Experience in Azure data platform (eg, Data Factory, Data bricks, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Blob Storage, etc.).
Experience in Python, Java, Bash, SQL, REST/Web API.
Experience working in platforms such as Linux and Windows.
Experience delivering intuitive and userfriendly reporting using dashboarding tools such as Power BI.
Experience in CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, and GitHub.
