Plant Operative/Site Labourer

Based Nr Thetford

Salary £13.25 per hour / £25,383 per annum

Monday - Friday: / , 37.5 hours per week

An exciting opportunity for a Plant Operative/Site Operative has arisen to work in our client's manufacturing plant Nr Thetford.

Reporting to a Team Leader you will be trained in all areas which includes minor plant maintenance and operations, quality controland reporting.

Following a schedule you will be required to complete daily, weekly and monthly maintenance to ensure the plant runs efficiently and productively.


Duties will include the cleaning of mixers for which applicants will be expected to work in confined spaces (full training given).

Working at heights is also a requirement.


No previous experience is required as my client offers full training to applicants who can show a willingness to undertake training and learn new skills.

This will include plant maintenance, operating of mobile plant, first aid, confined spaces and workingat heights. Previous experience in mechanical assembly, labouring or process production/manufacturing would be advantageous.
