The job in a nutshell
- £16 - £20 per hour

36 hours per week
Temporary ongoing
Play a vital role in offering professional HR assistance and support, which encompasses advice on employment terms and conditions, resolution of workrelated issues such as grievances, discipline, flexible working, probationary periods, absence, performance management, and organisational development
Assist managers during meetings related to grievances, disciplinary matters, formal absenteeism, and probationary processes
Contribute to the HR Strategy, participating in designated projects and facilitating change management

What you'll need

Experience in Employee Relation is essential
Previous and current experience of working to a similar level within a busy, proactive HR function with demonstrable experience of managing a high and varied caseload
Working knowledge of current employment law and best practice
