Nottingham (Our Ref AL hybrid (up to 50% home working if required)


Salary:
£21,000 - £24,000 + benefits


My client is an award winning Wealth Management Company based in Nottingham and they now have an exciting vacancy for an Administrator to join their team.


The purpose of the role is to support the adviser team by preparing them for client meetings and assisting them in carrying out responsibilities to their existing/prospective clients, whilst providing an outstanding service throughout.


Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for clients and deal with routine issues/queries.
  • Maintain effective diary system to ensure clients are offered review meetings at the appropriate time.
  • Prepare meeting packs for Advisers including valuations and all other relevant documents required on OneNote.
  • Ensure that client meeting notes are recorded on the system.
  • Construct appropriate post meeting letter for issue to clients from adviser notes.
  • Meet and greet clients when meetings are held onsite.
  • Upload client fact find information on to online system when required.
  • Send letter of authority information requests to 3rd party providers. Chase through to completion, keeping appropriate logs and updating adviser/client where necessary.
  • Process changes of client details, updating systems and notifying the relevant administration centres.
  • Follow the death process for any deceased clients, supporting the adviser by updating administration centres with relevant documentation and liaising with the executor of the estate.
  • Action client requests for withdrawals, fund switches, assignments, etc. and produce confirmation letters to the client.
  • Provide general administration support for the adviser team.

Skills and Experience

  • Professional and warm telephone manner.
  • Ability to relate to the pressures on the adviser team and ensure an effective and efficient twoway relationship.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player.
  • Product and market knowledge would be desirable.
