This is an exciting opportunity to establish and lead a team of Intensive Housing Navigators, using a Housing First Approach to support people with a history of rough sleeping, to move into their own homes and sustain their tenancies.


This role will allow you to share your skills and experience, offering support to the team, as well as case working up to 3 service users, along with a trainee.


You will lead on the operational delivery of the service, providing line management to the team, as well as joint casework support with the trainee (up to 3 clients).


You will be a confident manager, who is able to provide support and guidance to the staff team to ensure their wellbeing and that of service users.

You will be adept at risk management and will have the required skills and experience to support the team in assessing and managing risks.

Based within the Housing Needs Service, you will join a passionate, dedicated and highly skilled multi-disciplinary team, supporting people with a history of street homelessness.

  • Lead on the operational delivery of high fidelity Housing First Services
  • Provide line management to the Housing First support team and the trainee
  • Provide joint casework support with the trainee (up to 3 clients)
  • Providing an appropriate level of support and guidance to the staff team to ensure the wellbeing of staff and service users
  • To oversee the collation of a defined range of information relating to the service user's progress to support evaluation of the approach
