I am recruiting for an exceptional Learning Disabilities Registered Manager for a fantastic company, rated 'outstanding' on CQC located in Angel, London.

You will be responsible for overseeing an 11 bed Supported Living Service ensuring the best level of careto adults with Autism, Challenging Behaviours and associated needs to live their lives to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:

  • The Registered Manager will work in partnership with the staff, families, support services, internal and external professionals and regulatory bodies to support people with epilepsy, autism and learning disabilities to live as full and rich a life as possible.
  • The position will offer leadership, direction and management to a large, diverse staff team that includes registered nurses.
  • The role will be reporting to the Head of Care Services. The expectation is that the Registered Manager will ensure a good quality service through effective quality assurance. Achieve high standards within the CQC framework and have a sound understandingof areas affecting outcomes for people.
  • The Registered Manager will have a personcentred approach supporting adults with complex care needs.
  • The Registered Manager will provide clinical support for a team of nurses.

Registered Manager Requirements:


  • 35 years' experience working at Manager level
  • Ideally Registered Manager experience or someone who's worked alongside with a Registered Manager.
  • Level 5 in Leadership and Management or willingness to work towards this
  • Ideally proven CQC history delivering 'Good' or 'Outstanding'
  • Experience supporting people with Autism, Challenging and complex support needs.
