We are currently recruiting part-time HR Advisor in Scotland.


Client Details
You will be working for one of the biggest food facilities management companies in Northern Europe.


Description

Main responsibilities:

  • Create and build on relationships with key regional stakeholders
  • Managing volume ER caseload providing guidance and practical expertise to managers on disciplinaries, grievances and appeals in line with company policy and current employment law
  • Providing support to managers in short and longterm absence cases, including Occupational Health/Ill Health retirement.
  • Supporting managers to complete TUPE processes in region
  • Support the HRBP in the collation and analysis of HR information, including the monitoring of HR activity against key performance metrics
  • Communicate with and provide data to union reps in sites where applicable
  • Operate and communicate effectively with internal HR shared services
  • Support managers to recruit in line with business requirements
  • Work closely with managers and the HR and Payroll Shared Services team
  • Provide support for all employee experience activities
  • Conduct site reviews with site managers
  • Involvement with key HR projects

Profile

  • CIPD qualification,
  • Up to date knowledge of employment law,
  • Ability to collaborate with and support managers in a variety of peoplerelated issues,
  • Great organisation skills,
  • Ability to manage a busy workload.

Job Offer

  • Part time hours (21hrs per week)
  • Ideally hybrid (there are various sites across Scotland)
  • The role can become permanent
