Vacancy description:

Our Aston Martin dealership is looking for an experienced Parts Supervisor to join our customer-centric team and contribute to the success of the dealership.

If you have experience of working in the automotive industry as a Parts Advisor and are looking to take the next step in your career, or you are a Parts Manager looking for a change with a prestigious brand, we would love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities:

Supervising the Parts operations to ensure the efficient running of the department.
Taking charge of stock take and stock management.
Ensuring all customers are dealt with promptly and courteously.
Ensuring all parts are correctly checked against delivery notes, that they are binned accordingly and that all orders are checked before delivery note is signed.
Ensuring phones are answered quickly and professionally.
Ensuring that the Service Department requirements are dealt with accurately and information is passed on as comprehensively as possible.

Essential Skills:

Experience of working in a Parts department in a franchised dealership is essential
Experience of leading a team or managerial duties would be preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Kerridge
