About Our Client:
Our client based in Hove are looking for a new Customer Service Administrator to join their team. You'll be working in the retail sector.
The Key Responsibilities for a Customer Service Administrator
- Carry out any reasonable request made by management.
- Process all documentation correctly an maintain files and records according to procedures.
- Liaise closely with and provide support for the Customer Service Executives.
- Expand business / obtain appointments from customer base.
- Forward queries and keep managers, supervisors, colleagues informed as necessary.
- Keep accurate records.
The Successful Applicant:
The Successful Customer Service Administrator will:
- Confident in dealing with customers
- Great customer service skills and ethos
- Must have a proactive approach to work with the ability to selfmanage
- Organised
