About Our Client:

Our client based in Hove are looking for a new Customer Service Administrator to join their team. You'll be working in the retail sector.


The Key Responsibilities for a Customer Service Administrator

  • Carry out any reasonable request made by management.
  • Process all documentation correctly an maintain files and records according to procedures.
  • Liaise closely with and provide support for the Customer Service Executives.
  • Expand business / obtain appointments from customer base.
  • Forward queries and keep managers, supervisors, colleagues informed as necessary.
  • Keep accurate records.
