Lender Only Conveyancing Assistant - Leeds - £18,000 - £20,000

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Lender Only Conveyancing Assistant with previous administrative or customer service experience to join this market-leading Property Department in Leeds.

The successful Lender Only Conveyancing Assistant will be responsible for managing a caseload of early-stage purchase cases - this will involve acting solely for lenders on a separate representation basis.

Duties will include:

Ensuring cases are opened promptly following receipt of new instructions from lender clients
Cross referencing and verifying information
Interpreting mortgage offers and identifying special conditions
Liaising with client lenders and all third parties
Chasing solicitors
Conducting initial checks
Taking calls
Assisting in requesting completion funds

To be considered for the Lender Only Conveyancing Assistant role, you will have excellent communication and customer service skills.
