We are pleased to be working with an exciting company based in Cheltenham, that is looking for an Administrator on a part-time basis (22 hours), on a temp to perm basis.

The successful Administrator will be joining a caring and inclusive team, that strives to provide excellent customer service.


Ideally, you will have experience in an office environment, be confident on the telephone and be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve the department's performance.

The successful Administrator will be ensuring customer excellence and service delivery is achieved.


Responsibilities:

Reply to customer quote requests for short-term rentals and admin involved from start to finish of contract

Regular stock checks and making sure the database is up to date

Arrange deliveries and collections with DPD

Phone duties include, overflow of tech calls (logging) and chasing late payers


Skills/ Experience:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Good at building relationships with customers

Ability to use initiative

Ability to work well as part of a team and independently when required with a flexible approach

Excellent IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office software and previous experience working with databases

Experience providing excellent customer service
