The opportunity:


Linc Cymru are offering the opportunity to join our friendly team at Ty Coch Nursing Home in the leafy suburbs of Cardiff as a Nursing Home Administrator.


This is a key role at Ty Coch; the first point of contact for all visitors and callers to the home, support with rotas for care staff, support with the day to day organisation and effective running of the nursing home and carry out all clerical and administrative tasks required.


What we need from you:


We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills - you will be the first person that visitors will see when they arrive at the home, so you must be approachable, friendly and professional.


Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, so you will also need to be able to provide great customer service to our residents, their families and anyone else who calls or visits the home.


You will need to be super organised - this admin based role is very varied, no two days will be the same, so we need someone who can keep on top of their own workload in an organised manner and work well as part of the wider team.
