Private Client Fee EarnerFull time (Solihull, Stafford or Stratford-upon-Avon)
Salary £35-50,00 DOE, negotiable.
Office based with some flexibility.
Capio Recruitment are working with a well-established Law Firm in the Midlands, to recruit for a Private Client Solicitor to join a new and exciting team.
The Role:
- Manage your own caseload of Trusts, Tax Planning, Wills & Inheritance, Estate Administration.
- Responsible for assisting the Head of Department and have experience in generating new leads.
- Advising clients on their options and getting the best outcome
You will have:
- Ideally be a fully qualified senior solicitors (35+ PQE desirable) although other qualifications (i.e. CILEX) will also be considered
- Confident running own caseload.
- Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact to the practice.
- Have excellent levels of communication, both written and verbal.
- Have a good academic record; training with a leading national or regional firm is an advantage.
- Have strong IT Skills
- Havea firm and functional knowledge within Private Client
- Demonstrate initiative and the drive to produce a high standard of service to our clients.
- Be highly organised, methodical, and adaptable.
- Have a proven ability to bring in work and be confident in Business Development.
