_Applications are invited for full time post of Cancer Data Coordinator - 18 months Fixed Term/ Secondment at St Helens & Knowsley Hospitals Trust. _
The post holder will be central to the on-going development of data management for cancer patients within the Trust.

The data collected will form the Trust's mandatory submissions to all national and statutory requirements, for example - Cancer Outcomes and Services Dataset (COSD), and Cancer Wait Times databaseWe require a highly motivated, team player with excellent communication skills in order to negotiate with, and motivate all members of the team to ensure audit and data needs are met.

The post holder will be required to work on his/her own initiative and plan own workload accordingly.

The post holder will attend MDT meetings for the purpose of efficient and accurate collection of clinical data relating to cancer patients within the Trust.

The team will be working a hybrid model with some time working from home and some time spent at Knowsley Community College and will be an integral part of the Cancer Information team.

However, they will also work in close collaboration with all clinical and support service teams which could require time spent on either Whiston or St Helens Hospital sites
