As the
Lettings Support Consultant, you will work alongside the lettings teams across the business to
ensure that each tenancy starts on a positive footing and that landlords are able to effectively manage their properties.

This will involve
arranging pre-tenancy works, facilitating rent collection, and offering professional advice in relation to financial, rental, and legal matters.

The Lettings Support Team
also assist with the end of a tenancy, including the service of legal notices, and arranging end of tenancy works such as professional cleans and deposit returns.

Their
stunning headquarters is based at Chiswick Business Park which is built around a lake and offers
weekly events such as
food festivals, zip-lining, and beach volleyball in the summer.

Personal specification:

At least 1 years' experience within property administration
Experience working in a fastpaced environment
Professional manner
Excellent customer service skills
Strong administrative skills
Strong IT skills
Team player with good interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills
Good time management skills
Attention to detail
Highly organised.

The
salary for this role will be in the region of
£23,000 to £28,000 dependent on the level of experience.
