You will be joining a thriving business that has excelled in recent years. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for buildingand developing relationships with their franchises and customers.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Deliver a resolution to customers and national account queries
- Manage orders through the internal portal and produce all necessary documentation for shipments and deliveries
- Gather quantitative and qualitative feedback on products and services
- Responsible for building and developing relationships with their franchises and customers
Skills and experience:
- A minimum of two year's experience in an office based, customer service role
- Business to business customer experience is an advantage
- Excellent IT skills including working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel
