A permanent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join my client in the Cannock area. You will be joining a thriving business that has excelled in recent years. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for buildingand developing relationships with their franchises and customers.


Duties and responsibilities:


  • Deliver a resolution to customers and national account queries
  • Manage orders through the internal portal and produce all necessary documentation for shipments and deliveries
  • Gather quantitative and qualitative feedback on products and services
  • Responsible for building and developing relationships with their franchises and customers

Skills and experience:


  • A minimum of two year's experience in an office based, customer service role
  • Business to business customer experience is an advantage
  • Excellent IT skills including working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel
