About Our Client:
An established company in the Littlehampton area are looking for a customer service advisor to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities for a Customer Service Advisor
- Place outbound calls
- Update client cutting templates as needed
- Track missing parcels as needed, and manage returns / collections
- Log complaints as received
- Offer support and advice to fellow team members
- Work towards objectives to achieve set department KPI's
The Successful Applicant:
The Successful Customer Service advisor will:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Selfmotivated with the determination to succeed
- Previous experience of working in highvolume customer experience environment.
- Previous telephone experience desirable
- Computer literate with a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
