About Our Client:

An established company in the Littlehampton area are looking for a customer service advisor to join their growing team.


Key Responsibilities for a Customer Service Advisor

  • Place outbound calls
  • Update client cutting templates as needed
  • Track missing parcels as needed, and manage returns / collections
  • Log complaints as received
  • Offer support and advice to fellow team members
  • Work towards objectives to achieve set department KPI's

The Successful Applicant:


The Successful Customer Service advisor will:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Selfmotivated with the determination to succeed
  • Previous experience of working in highvolume customer experience environment.
  • Previous telephone experience desirable
  • Computer literate with a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
