Joining a highly successful firm with multiple offices in the local area offering a variety of service lines, your duties in this role will include:
Assisting with business sales, business acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, mergers, disposals and listings on the buy and sell sides

Company valuation work

Financial due diligence

Forecasting, planning and modelling

Producing information memoranda and reports

Buyer and investor research

Liaising with clients, in house specialists and other professionals to ensure smooth project management of transactions

Maintaining deal databases and engagement administration

Contributing to business development, including attending networking events, new client pitches and assisting with deal origination

This role would suit a recently qualified ACA or ACCA with an extensive background in accountancy practice, strong commercial acumen, and an ability to communicate effectively and confidently with senior management.
