Be part of an ambitious organisation that work towards making a difference to people's lives in this long term assignmentIn the Employability Coach role, you will be:
- Providing information and advice by a variety of media including telephone and web-based services
- Main point of contact to incoming enquiries and responsible for reception and administration duties too
- NVQ 3 equivalent ideally in a related area e.g. advice and guidance or experience of working at this level
- Administration and ICT skills including Microsoft Office packages
- Previous experience working within a customer service environment
- Ability to handle high levels of incoming calls
- Welsh speaking essential
- An ability to work under pressure, with good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Flexibility would be needed regarding hours as their working hours are 8am to 6pm, Monday to Thursday, 9am to 4:30pm on a Friday.
The role does require you to work from home and you will be provided with all the relevant IT equipment.
