This international professional services organisation based in central Guildford are looking for Billing Team Leader to join their established team.

Billing Team Leader - About The Role
In this role you will be reporting into the Working Capital Manager and will be responsible for overseeing a team of 3.
You will be involved in all aspects of day-to-day billing transactions and supporting the supervision of other members within the team.
This role will suit someone who has worked within the professional services industry within a similar role who is now looking for a role that will offer greater opportunity.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Ensure that the current processes are adhered to and that changes are discussed with and approved by the Line Manager.
- Provide accurate advice on billing procedures, queries, vat issues.
- Regular reviews with Line Manager of all billing arrangements in place.
- Close liaison with partners and lawyers and focal point for queries to ensure prompt & satisfactory resolution.
- Liaise with Revenue Team and Credit Control on issues and queries through to prompt resolution.
- Ensure that the team are trained, motivated and are able to cope with the changing business needs of the firm.
The successful Billing Team Leader will have
- Previous experience within a similar role.
- Previous experience within a professional services organisation.
- Understanding of VAT regulations.
- Experience in managing a team.
